Separate daily download from night download

Hi everyone, thank you for your attention, dear boss or admin of the forum website.
The NetWorx is a very good application; I am delighted to use it.
If possible, please put a tool that separates daily download from night download, because most ISPs in our country have free night time for downloading.
Please put a tool; NetWorx doesn't calculate night free time download, or NetWorx recognize between free time night and day time.
At last, calculate how much use free time and how much use non-free time and understand how much generally to download.

It's called on-peak and off-peak hours and can be configured in the advanced settings as well as separated in the reports.
